About the role:

As Senior AdOps Campaign Manager, you’ll lead the full lifecycle of advertising campaigns from setup and optimisation to reporting and reconciliation ensuring flawless execution and strategic alignment with client goals and revenue targets. You’ll take ownership of financial accuracy, deal management, and forecasting, while driving operational efficiencies that boost profitability. Innovation is central to your role, as you champion new ad formats, pilot emerging technologies, and shape our ad tech roadmap in partnership with Product. You’ll also mentor outsourced teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Finance to influence go-to-market strategy and commercial outcomes.

What are we looking for?

• Deep experience in digital ad operations, ideally from a publisher, network, or media agency environment.

• You know your way around campaign management platforms, ad serving technologies, and programmatic trading, and you use them to deliver results. Google Ad Manager experience is essential.

• You’ve led operational strategy and scaled process improvements, making things smarter, faster, and more effective.

• You’re commercially sharp with strong financial skills in forecasting, reconciliation, and revenue optimisation.

• You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling priorities with ease, and you know how to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• You’re data-driven, confident in Excel and reporting tools, and able to turn insights into action.
