About the Role

As a Digital Experience Writer, you will be a central part of our Customer Experience team, bridging the gap between product and marketing. Your mission is to create clear, consistent, and compelling content across every stage of the user journey. You’ll be crafting everything from the microcopy on a button to engaging CRM campaigns that drive retention.

A key part of your role will be to lead the integration of AI technologies into our content creation process, finding innovative ways to scale our operations and elevate the user experience. You will collaborate daily with designers, product managers, marketers, and researchers to ensure our brand voice is cohesive and effective wherever it shows up.

What We’re Looking For

• An individual with proven experience in UX writing, content design, or a similar digital writing role, ideally within an e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer tech environment.

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in creating both user-focused product content including microcopy, editorial, blogs and engaging marketing/CRM copy.

• A writer with deep familiarity and a passion for using AI content tools to boost creative productivity and scale operations.

• Someone with excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, combined with a strong understanding of UX, content strategy, and accessibility principles.

• A natural collaborator who is experienced in working with cross-functional product, design, and marketing teams and is proficient with tools like Figma and Braze.

• A strategic thinker who is comfortable balancing clarity, creativity, and the commercial impact of your content.
