Compensation💰

We’re all about giving credit where it’s due! That’s why you’ll get a great salary, plus either a yearly bonus or regular commission—depends on the role you’re in.

And about your pension—we’ve got your back. We’ll chip in 6%, and you only need to put in 4%.

Plus, we offer Income Protection up to 75% of your annual salary.

Hybrid Working🏢

We've recently moved to our new state-of-the art offices in London Waterloo. Our hybrid policy gives you the flexibility to work where you thrive.

Enhanced Parental Leave 🤰

Your family is important to you, so it matters to us too! Our Maternity policy has got you covered 20 weeks on full pay, followed by SMP. Fathers to be are covered for 2 weeks on full pay.

Time off 🌴

To help you recharge, you’ll start with at least 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 as your length of service grows. We have buy and sell holiday options too. And don’t worry—bank holidays are always included on top!

WF Abroad ✈️

We get that flexibility and work-life balance matter to you. That's why we offer 2-4 weeks of working from abroad, depending on your contract.
