This helps us prioritise applications when volumes are high, but it never replaces human judgment. Every application is personally reviewed by a member of our Talent Acquisition team, because your story deserves to be seen and understood.
During interviews, we use AI-assisted note-taking to help our team stay fully present and focused on you, not their keyboards. This technology ensures key moments and feedback are captured accurately, supporting fair and consistent hiring decisions.
