Join our high-impact team as an Account Manager, where you’ll play a key role in building and nurturing long-term client relationships. Your focus will be on managing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. This is a dual role with 60% spent on account management and 40% in new business development. You’ll be comfortable with both.
You'll work closely with a portfolio Residential property agents, helping them maximize the value of our service.

You’ll work towards retention and growth targets, ensuring clients receive top-tier service while contributing to company revenue. Location: London Waterloo, hybrid working with 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.
About the Role:
As an Account Manager for the Gumtree Property Vertical, you will manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction while driving growth through strategic upselling and renewals. Additionally, your role will include actively prospecting and winning new property advertisers including agents, landlords, and developers. This includes full 360 sales approach from prospecting to close.
As the primary point of contact for our Property listings, you will build long-term partnerships, maintaining accurate CRM records and precise pipeline forecasts. Finally, you will leverage your deep Market & Product Expertise in the UK property sector to inform internal teams and continuously improve both our offerings and the customer experience. Success will be measured by revenue targets, key monthly performance indicators (KPIs) and pipeline metrics designed to support continuous professional growth.

What We Are Looking For:
Proven B2B Sales Acumen: You’ll have a track record of meeting and exceeding targets within a proactive, direct B2B sales environment. We value proven, repeatable success.
Experience in the UK Property market: Knowledge of the UK property or real estate sector will be highly desirable.
End-to-End Relationship Management: You are skilled in managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and building long-term client relationships.
Excellent Communication: You build professional quickly and articulate compelling value propositions with professional clarity.
